Bethel Pentecostal Church Presents: Worship Workshop Featuring Kelvin Funkner!

We are very excited to have Kelvin coming to us from Saskatchewan!

Who is Kelvin?

  • Kelvin Funkner and his wife Joan own

    Northern Christian Recording; a full

    recording and post production facility in

    north east Saskatchewan, celebrating 30 years

    of excellence in award winning Christian media.

     

    Kelvin has toured extensively throughout

    North America with various bands playing lead guitar,

    and has also provided live sound for festivals

    and jamborees, as well as recording audio for live

    concert videos and DVD’s

     

    Most recently Kelvin has taken up live looping

    with his acoustic guitar and leads worship at

    churches, camps, youth events and concerts. His heart

    is to see people’s lives transformed by Gods presence

    and power through tangible, relevant connection.

Worship Workshop - 10am - 2pm

  • Worship approach & Theory,
  • Flow & Preparation,
  • Q&A period to address current issues.
  • Troubleshooting individual challenges.
  • Hands on production with your worship team - arrangement, dynamics, technical, practical approaches.
  • Rehearsal with your team for Sunday morning.

Audio Workshop 5-7pm

  • Sound system, audio and technical workshop.

    It may be beneficial to have members of the worship team available to play so that I can demonstrate techniques on the actual instruments used in worship.
